We require skilled cleaners in Belmont right away, who are available seven days a week from 7.30am to 10am, and who would like to find someone who lives locally or around our site. 16.5 hours a week in total. The excellent rate is $25 an hour.
If you have the compensation and public liability insurance your own employee, I could pay a little more. It needs an ABN. It is a must, trusting, hard-working, friendly, honest and timely. In a team/individual environment or around people under pressure the cleaners should be able to work.
The cleaner vacuumes the floor, cleans the common areas, pulls out trash & changing bags, etc as part of the job description. There are no tasks and tasks at all. An excellent team player, educated, hard worked, friendly and confident must be the ideal candidate.
They must also have excellent cleaning and communication skills and can function properly in Australia. The right cleaners have cleaning positions available immediately, but all the above criteria or requirements must be fulfilled. The price/payment rate for this role shall be determined by the meetings or personal negotiations.
