This position is open to couples as part of the team. Other obligations apply as well. A candidate should be able to work in a group setting. They should be physically fit, robust, and healthy because to the long shifts and heavy labor involved. They will lift large objects, stand for extended periods of time, bend for extended periods of time, and so on.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required. We prefer candidates who have a good understanding of the job and have worked in a comparable field, however this is not required because we will provide thorough training.
