– Prior experience is beneficial but not required.
Responsibility
- For guest arrival, clean and arrange guest rooms to world-class hotel standards.
- Clean and maintain the hotel’s communal areas.
- Maintain housekeeping supply rooms by stocking and maintaining them.
- At all times, ensure that a high level of customer service is provided.
- Assist guests with any requests or queries they may have.
- Inform management of any damages or repairs that are required.
- Notify the Housekeeping Manager of any lost or discovered items.

Previous experience in a commercial setting as a cleaner or housekeeper, as well as qualifications in hospitality, would be highly valued. It’s best if you can start right away.
