Front of office role

Horsham Position

Our accounting and tax office is looking for an energetic full-time receptionist/front of office positive team employee. In this position there will be interaction with our broad client base and you will be supported by especially capable senior team members both in Horsham(and our Geelong team).

We will expand on the role when we interview you in person however, the task involves;

  • Taking phone calls and making outgoing calls,
  • Attending to in-office enquiries
  • Scanning and word processing of documents
  • Receiving inward mail
  • Bookkeeping

Some experience in bookkeeping would be ideal however, training will be provided.
