Administration Officer
Maternity Leave Position
with the possibility of ongoing employment
We are seeking a suitably experienced person to work with our positive and dynamic administration team for a Maternity Leave period of 12 months. This person will perform an integral role within the admin team, managing the accounts receivable , general admin duties and provide a personal assistance to the Principal. This person will report to the Business Manager. This full-time position is available from mid Term 4 this year.
It is desirable the successful applicant will have:
- Strong interpersonal and team-based skills
- High quality written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Suite
- Working knowledge of applicable school software
- Good organisational and time management skills
- A commitment to ongoing professional development
- Satisfactory working with Children Check
