Position: Waiter /All-rounder

Employe should be fit physically to stand and work without any rest in the working shift. You have to prepare requested meals, serve the tables, note the food compliments as well as complaints from the customer in a polite and well-mannered way. Don’t worry we will provide you new skills and concepts to make you’re a more perfect waiter and all-rounder. There might be a case where customer bothers you asking you any information about you and your family then you can straight forward this conversation to the seniors they will take action. You must have a calm ability to handle difficult situations properly.
Working time: 6 am to 3 pm
Working days: 5 days a week
Responsibility:
- You should welcome or greet the customer with a smiley face and provide them menus.
- You have to prepare the bills if the customer asks for it.
- You have to check the amount as the bill demands.
- Customers might ask you to change the seats or tables so you must have the ability to change the seats and tables as per the customer request.
- Give them clean towels and sanitizers after greeting.
- You must be honest, punctual with good personal hygiene.
- A common role of waiter, you have to serve food to the tables in a clean way
- Must have good communication skills.
- Sometimes you might have to stay at the front office so you must have the ability to work in the front office in the café.
- Stay disciplined in the pressurized moments.
