Health Care Workers / Personal Care Assistants
Latitude Recruitment is recruiting Health Care Workers on behalf of Rural Northwest Health.
In this role you will be responsible for providing evidence-based Health care for residents in accordance with the care plan developed in collaboration with the resident , their medical officer and other members of the healthcare team.
These part-time positions are available at the Warracknabeal and Hopetoun campuses.
About you:
- Certificate III in Age Care, or equivalent
- Current experience in a similar role
- Genuine interest in working with the elderly
- Sound communication skills
- Ability to work within a team
- Evidence of COVID-19 vaccination
- Current Working With Children Check(or willing to obtain)
- Current and Valid Police Clearance
